When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required) — To notify you when SuccessProfile launches
• Target Civil Service grade (optional) — To understand demand across different grade levels and tailor our product accordingly
• Timestamp — When you signed up, for analytics purposes

We do not collect any other personal data through our waitlist form.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Launch notifications — To email you when SuccessProfile is ready to use
• Product development — To understand which grade levels have the most demand (using aggregated, anonymized data)
• Early access offers — To provide waitlist members with exclusive launch pricing and early access

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on legitimate interest(Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest is to:

• Validate market demand for our product before building it
• Build a list of interested users to notify at launch
• Understand our target audience's needs

We have conducted a legitimate interest assessment and determined that these interests do not override your rights and freedoms, given the limited nature of the data collected and the clear expectation that you will receive launch communications when signing up for a waitlist.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your waitlist signup data until 90 days after the product launches, after which all waitlist records will be automatically deleted.

If you create an account when the product launches, your data will be subject to our full terms of service and privacy policy at that time.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service that provides encryption at rest and in transit. Our database is hosted in the EU region to comply with GDPR requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated data about page views and does not use cookies or track individual users.

Our waitlist landing page does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and privacy-friendly.
